The Ministry of Food and Agriculture has released Agric Colleges Admission Forms for the 2024/2025 Academic Year. Interested applicants who meet the requirements can apply.
The Agric Colleges offer both Diploma and Certificate programs depending on your choice and the results you hold. Application for admission into any of the Agric Colleges can be completed on the MOFA website.

General Entry Requirements for Agric Colleges Admission in 2024
Three (3 ) years for SSSCE/ WASSCE students. Applicants must have an aggregate of 24 or better in the core subjects (English, Mathematics, Integrated Science) and any other three(3) Elective (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, General Agriculture, Fisheries, Animal Husbandry, Horticulture, etc) subjects.
WAASSCE applicants must have credit in the Core subjects and at least C6 in any three (3) of the fore-named Elective subject. Click HERE for the detailed admission requirements.
Cost of Application Forms of Agriculture Colleges
The cost of the application form for the Agriculture Colleges in Ghana is 150 cedis. Applicants can purchase the admission voucher at any branch of GCB nationwide.

How to Apply for Admission
Click HERE to start an application now and follow the procedures below to complete the online form.
- Click on ‘APPLICATION FORMS‘ on the homepage.
- Select Application Type (e.g.: Certificate or Diploma).
- Supply your card information and ensure you keep the card safe for subsequent login.
- Click login to start applying.
- Fill out the Application form and upload a passport picture.
- An applicant’s passport picture should be in JPG or JPEG format and must not exceed 20KB in size.
- Click the ‘Preview’ or ‘Accept’ button to do any of the following:
- Use the ‘Edit button to modify your application.
- Click the ‘Save and Continue later button’ to save your application form with the option of Coming back later to edit.
- Use ‘Submit and Print Confirmation’ to complete your online application.
- Click the Print’ button to Print the Confirmation Page.
- Keep your printed Confirmation Page safe.
- You will require your Reference Number shown on the page to check your admission status and also print your admission letter
- Log out
Upon the release of the agric colleges’ admission forms for the 2024/2025 academic year, all applicants should follow the above procedure to apply for admission.
Deadline for Application
Applicants must submit application online on or before the deadline which is 19th July 2024.
