Ho Technical University Admission Forms for 2024/2025
The management of Ho Technical University (HTU) wishes to inform the general public that it has released application vouchers for undergraduate programmes.
Interested applicants can visit branches of the designated banks nationwide to purchase the form and apply for admission. Below are the things you need to know before applying for admission.

Where and How to Get the E-Voucher
- E-vouchers can be obtained from all branches of GCB Bank, Zenith Bank, and Ghana Post Office.
- You can equally buy an e-voucher using mobile money, dial *966*3*1091# on any network to purchase the e-voucher
Ho Technical University Entry Requirements
Master Degree Programmes:
Applicants must possess a minimum of Second Class Lower in a related field of study.
Bachelor Degree Programmes:
HND and Equivalent Diplomas
Applicants must possess a minimum of second class lower in a related Field of study. Successful applicants will be admitted into level 300
WASSCE Holders
Credit Passes (A1-C6) in six (6) subjects including English Language, Mathematics, and Integrated Science/Social Studies plus three (3) relevant elective subjects
TVET Certificate Holders
I. Certificate II holders: Credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Integrated Science plus three (3) relevant trade courses
II. Technician Part III Holders
IV. GBCE Holders
Six (6) GBCE credits including English, Business Mathematics, and Integrated Science/Social Studies.
HND Programmes
WASSCE Holders
Passes (a1-d7) in six (6) subjects including English Language, Mathematics, and Integrated Science/Social Studies plus three (3) relevant elective subjects
TVET Certificate Holders
I. Certificate II holders: Passes in English Language, Mathematics, Integrated Science or Social Studies plus three (3) relevant trade courses
II. Technician Part II Holders
GBCE Holders
Five (5) GBCE credits including English, Business Mathematics, and Integrated Science/Social Studies.
Mature Applicants
Applicants who are 25 years and above are eligible to apply
How to Apply for Ho Technical University Admission
- Go to http://app.htu.edu.gh/admissions/ on the Internet after you have purchased an admissions E-voucher.
- Log on to the Online Admissions System with the Serial Number and PIN of the voucher.
- Follow the steps on the Online Admission system to complete your application.
- Upon completing and submitting your online application, a form number will be generated automatically and sent to you as an SMS.
- Write at the back of the envelope, the form number before posting to the address below:

Important Notice to Applicants
- Enclosed in an envelope, is a printed copy of your completed online application declaration form, together with Photocopies of Certificate(s) or Result Slip(s) and a Passport Picture.
- For mature applicants, enclose proof of your date of birth i.e. birth certificate together with any supporting document(s).
- For top-up degree applicants, add copies of your original transcripts and a copy of the certificate to the declaration form and a passport-size photograph.
