The forms can also be obtained at the designated bank. The form goes at a price of GHC230.00 at the bank but using MoMo, there is an additional charge per admission form.
Before buying the form and applying for admission, you must meet the Colleges of Education Entry Requirments.
How to Buy College of Education Forms Using Mobile Money
To buy your forms using MoMo, follow the procedures below:
- Dial the shortcode *924*8# from all networks
- Choose option 2 (Mobile Money)
- Select the network you use (MTN, Vodafone, etc)
- Confirm your number
- Enter the number of forms that you want with GHC3.00 as a charge per admission form/voucher
- Continue to confirm and buy your form
- Authorize payment
- You will receive your voucher details via SMS
NOTE:
Upon payment, applicants will be given the following information:
- A Personal Identification Number (PIN).
- An Admission Application Serial Number.
- The maximum quantity of forms you can purchase at a time on MoMo is five (5)
- Also using the mobile money method, payment can be made using bank account funds.

Admission Requirements
WASSCE /SSSCE Qualification Applicants
The general requirement for admission to the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) Programme is as follows:
- WASSCE Holders: CREDIT PASSES (A1-C6) in Six (6)subjects comprising Three (3) Core subjects, including English Language and Core Mathematics, and Three (3) Elective subjects relevant to the course of study.
- SSSCE Holders: PASSES (A-D) in Six (6) subjects comprising Three (3) Core subjects, including English Language and Core Mathematics, and Three (3) Elective subjects relevant to the course of study
- Candidates who are yet to write either the 2023 WASSCE or NABPTEX examinations can also apply
