The management of the College of Education Studies at UCC has issued a statement about the new examination fees for colleges affiliated with UCC.
For the 2022/2023 academic year, there has been an adjustment of tuition fees as well as examination fees. This was a result of the directive from GTEC.
Before the academic year begins, GTEC issued a statement of approval of a 15% increment in tuition fees which is now affecting examination fees too.
Since the release of the statement, fees have been increased across all public tertiary institutions in the country.
New Examination Fees For Colleges Affiliated With UCC
A letter dated 9th March 2023 with reference number IOE/CWP/101/V.2/6 directed to all principals of colleges of education affiliated with UCC shows the new exam fee schedule for all levels.
The letter reads:
PAYMENT OF EXAMINATION FEES FOR THE 2022/2023 ACADEMIC YEAR TO THE INSTITUTE OF EDUCATION BY LEVEL 100, 200, 300 AND 400
We write to inform you that the examination fees for the 2022/2023 academic year for levels 100, 200, 300, and 400 students in UCC Affiliated Colleges of Education as per the schedule below:

Students are required to pay the examination fees to the Institute of Education at ay GCB Bank Limited. They should complete the GCB Bank pay-in-slip with the following details:
- Name of student
- College registration number
All college principals and teacher trainees by this notice must take this release seriously.
