UEW Suspends CoE Level 200 End Second Semester Examination

Following the strike action embarked on by CETAG, UEW suspended level 200 CoE end of second semester examination for the 2021/2022 academic year.

All principals of colleges of education affiliated with UEW after consultation with the management of UEW have put a hold on the examination and every preparation towards it.

Principals of Colleges of Education affiliated with the University of Education, Winneba are hereby informed that the Level 200 End of Second Semester Examination scheduled for Wednesday, 30th November 2022 to Friday, 9th December 2022 has been suspended until further notice.

The suspension of the conduct of the kind of Semester examination is a result of the current three weeks of industrial action being undertaken by the Teaching Staff of the Colleges.

Please, all preparations towards the conduct of the examinations have been put on hold pending any future
information from all stakeholders.

Level 200 students at the colleges of education are supposed to start their examination next week to end the second semester of the 2021/2022 academic year.

The lecturers who are supposed to monitor the conduct of the examination are currently not available to do so.

Teacher trainees are no more in a position to endure the pains they feel in school and hence they have a clear message to PRINCOF and the government.
